As the country's most prestigious nonfiction film festival unspools in Durham, North Carolina, 12 films selected from the Full Frame Festival's documentary features in competition section, including a free sneak preview of VH1's: The Drug Years, will be “digitally syndicated” this week at Cinema Paradiso.
