DIRECTOR STATEMENT: I saw a need for more faith-based stories that are told by women about women and are more multicultural. I also saw a need for upgrading the quality of Christian movies, both with scripts that are more compelling and theologically challenging and for films with greater cinematic creativity and higher production value.
