Iran / 2023 / 76 min / Persian with English subtitles / Drama
A couple is destined to build up their life in the heart of a waste depot in the heart of Iranian north forests. They begin to do different things with the objects they find and to make friends with the other people… but what remains of the people who are determined to fight their nature?
Phenomenal film supported by brilliant performances by Behdokht Valian and Mohammad Valizadegan as wife & husband, setting out to start a new beginning. Despite their obstacles – they share a deep love and caring for each other – which makes for a very sweet film and one of my favorites.
