To kick start our 40th anniversary, the Broward County Film Society is thrilled to introduce Savoir-faire Shorts Film Festival as a companion piece to the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival. The inaugural Savoir-faire Shorts Film Festivals will be held February 14th – 17th at Savor Cinema in Fort Lauderdale
The cinematic event features 91 innovative and captivating short films from 26 countries including the U.S., and spotlights short films Made in Broward. Showcased within 14 curated themed programs the films cover, animation, comedies, dramas, thrillers, sci-fi, documentaries and more. In person Q&As with talent will provide the audience opportunities for discussion.
Schedule
Friday, February 14th
5:30pm – A Night of Romance & Quickies
A captivating showcase of short films exploring the highs, lows, and laughter of relationships. The evening, begins with lite bites, followed by the films. Afterwards, indulge in a sweet finale of a chocolate fountains, decadent desserts, and a wine bar while you enjoy live music in the Courtyard.
